Tonight is the Kiwanis Steak Fry: the 'kick off', so to speak, for Snake River Dayz, in honor of the Snake River Stampede. But I think, just for today, we should call it the 'Steak River Stampede'...because the BEEF will be a flowin'.
I've discovered a beautiful blog by a woman named Kim, all about beef. A 'beef blog', if you will. She writes about life on a working cattle ranch. The pictures are astoundingly gorgeous. You should check it out.
And even if you can't have a Kiwanis Steak Fry steak tonight, you should still have some beef. Get your iron level back up to where it oughta be. Eat. Live. Love.
