The Idaho Beef Council's office read my blog about the Steak Fry, liked it, and offered to send me some goods. I will take beef 'perks' any day, my friends.
My husband, who prefers chicken, is mortified. Would I actually openly promote beef? You're darn right.
We'd just been shopping last night, and after peering into the fridge this afternoon, he exclaimed, "We've got enough eggs in here to feed a small army!" To which I replied, "I'd rather eat the eggs than eat their mothers!"
After hearing a moan from the kitchen, I hollered out from my office, "Hey, you started this 'chicken war', not me!"
Bring it on, Buster. By the way, guess what's for dinner tonight?
